Jr. Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Jr. Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Upwork bidding, especially sales skills, along with knowledge of web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
• Write effective and customized cover letters to acquire clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Generate leads and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities

Must-Have Skills:

• Knowledge with Upwork bidding
• Basic knowledge of web development
• Proposal writing / Cover letter
• Understanding of Python and Django Framework

Qualification:

• Bachelors in IT field.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Client handling and communication skills
• Knowledge or experience in IT products and sales

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
